The team behind Blue Oasis believes in supporting local farmers & showcasing delicious & fresh produce from around New South Wales region. Taste the real Sydney like a local. Enjoy the indigenous ingredients only found down under & indulge in the beverages brewed & distilled locally.

Ask the staff where each ingredient comes from & they will be delighted to share with you the stories of farmers & distillers.

Roasted fresh fillet of local fish, caught off the shore of Sydney’s beautiful harbour, served with corn puree & capers.

Blue Oasis' signature, wild-caught Clarence River prawns. House cured with locally distilled Poor Toms gin, topped with baby coriander and finder lime chilli dressing



Morcilla Croquettes, 5 pieces (GF, DF)

Traditional Spanish style pork sausage produced in Kogarah, charred apple puree and locally grown pistachio Dukkah


Heartwarming Stew (GF, DF)

During the cooler days, treat yourself a full bowl of soup with butchers signature cuts of beef, 16h slow-cooked in house

Galston grown fresh meat, marinated in beetroot and topped with Chef’s unique Indigenous wattle seed mayo

24h slow-cooked pulled lamb topped with green pistachios & pomegranate tabouli and topped with NSW butter


Dry Aged Wagyu Sirloin 300g (GF)

Northern NSW grass fed premium beef sirloin steak, served with NSW indiginous Pepper Berry sauce



Rosnay Organic Olives (Vegan, GF, DF)

Warm NSW olives marinated in cold pressed extra virgin olive oil

Served with local NSW cold pressed extra virgin olive oil, salt & mixed stone ground pepper.


Truffled Polenta Bites

NSW Bowral Truffle, polenta, organic tomato jam, shaved southern highlands parmesan style cheese, fresh parsley


Brussel Sprouts

Roasted Brussel sprouts, tossed in fresh house-made tahini, red cabbage & sesame seeds. (V, GF, DF)


Heirloom Vegetables Salad
